The University of the Arts Helsinki wins gold.

Bond’s work for the University of the Arts Helsinki was awarded the gold prize at the Best of the Year Awards 2013 in the visual identity category. Bond also picked up a silver award for the Goodsport website design.

The New York Type Directors Club Winner

Bond’s work for University of the Arts Helsinki has been chosen as one of the Winners of the annual New York-based Type Directors Club Communication Design Competition. Bond received a Certificate of Typographic Excellence.

Later during this year the winning designs will be on display at TDC60 Exhibition in New York City. Of the over 2000 entries, from 43 countries 209, from 18 countries, were selected. The winners will also be included in 7 exhibitions touring cities in the United States, Canada, France, England, Germany, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea, Russia, Spain, Thailand, Taiwan and Vietnam. See more

Bond + Design Museum

Bond and The Design Museum have concluded a cooperation agreement. In the centre of the cooperation is a comprehensive rebranding, which is kicking off from the renewal of the visual identity and continues on to website renewal and development of both physical and digital user experience, among other things.

The new visual identity has been published today and the identity will be put into practice in all units of Design Museum during the year 2014.

German Design Award 2014 winner

Earlier in October Bond got recognized among the German Design Award 2014 winners for the branding of Attido. The jury wrote:

“The emphasis on the initial black “A” against a signal-yellow background evokes strength and precision. The classic, minimalist and strong image of the new identity unmistakably elevates Attido above the competition and ensures a high level of recognisability. Overall, the design is convincing thanks to a high degree of relevance and symbolism. Slickly executed.”
